When I first called Errol, he was unable to answer the phone, but got back to me within 5 minutes. He is exactly the kind of person that you want to work with for the largest investment of your life. Someone who is always pressed for time because he spends working every day at his craft, but also willing to make time for you, because he values you as a client.
As first time buyers we wanted someone to work with us to understand exactly we were getting ourselves into, and would take the extra time make sure all of our needs were met, and our questions were answered. Errol has gone above and beyond our expectations as clients, spent time with us during inconvenient hours, gone out of his way to work with our broker, insurer, and lawyer to make sure we were looked after, and has always made time for us, for anything we needed, big or small.
I pride myself in being a person that does his due diligence, and we spoke with multiple realtors, before deciding to work with Errol. If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would! We had the best experience with Errol. It took us over a year to find our home, but Errol was very patient with us throughout. He made sure we knew everything about every house we looked at. He truly was very professional, friendly, and trust- worthy. He answered all our questions along the way and updated us until closing. We feel so blessed to have had him negotiate a great deal for us, and we are now living in a dream home.

My husband and I were looking and praying for an Amazing, Honest & knowledgeable Realtor to sell our house, but had so may bad experiences in the past that we had almost given up on finding a Realtor like that. Our wonderful Daughter-in-law suggested Errol Scott, as she had been following his site and posts for a few years and talked-about how he might be the Realtor we had been searching for. We not only meet Errol but after meeting him decided to hire him to sell our house when our renos were done, as he seemed to be everything we had been looking for. After our Renos had been completed we had two private offers to buy our house. We contacted Errol about what we should do and he was so Amazing. Errol helped us through that process with kindness, thoughfullness & knowledge eventhough it might mean that we wouldn't be listing after all.
When the private offers fell through Errol was there for us in every way as always. We listed with Errol and he was Absolutely 💯 Amazing. Errol did the most amazing job with our listing, pictures and well just everything!! Errol was everything we had been praying and looking for plus more in a Realtor. Our house sold in one day and for almost list price, but it still was a record price for that area.
If we ever sell another home we would definitely use Errol again and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to everyone.
We found Errol to be Honest, truly Caring, Attentive, Knowledgeable and well just the most AMAZING & AWESOME person and Realtor anybody could ever want.
